Larry Scott is the President and founder of Houston International HR Roundtable, LLC. He is also a legal recruiter with Lucas Group. You are welcome to contact Larry for any of your professional recruiting needs. Larry is a relationship-focused global HR leader and connector with over 25 years of diverse experience in international, HR, tax, and legal. He has diverse international experience, including start-ups from pre-licensing stage through operation. His international experience began in 1992 in Hong Kong with one of the global accounting firms, where he ultimately became coordinator of the US expatriate tax practice. As an expatriate in both first-world and developing countries, Larry brings a unique perspective to the world of global mobility and immigration. His international assignments have allowed him to travel extensively and provided opportunities to develop cultural and diversity awareness.

Global Center of Excellence Committee
The Global Center of Excellence Committee is focused on bringing increased recognition to Houston as the Global Center of Excellence for International Human Resources in accordance with our vision statement. This committee works in conjunction with our other committees to promote Houston and its value as a global leader in international HR. Michelle Sandlin is the Chair of the committee. The Membership/Sponsorship Committee assists in outreach to new members and sponsors. This committee also assists us in meeting our mission of bringing awareness to the profession by encouraging and inspiring others to consider careers in international human resources.
The communications committee assists with communications to members, including newsletters, Facebook, and website information. This committee also assists with public relations including press releases to appropriate media outlets.
The Mentor Committee helps coordinate our mentorship program and assists in matching mentors to mentees.
The Social/ Networking Committee assists with our networking and social events held both in conjunction with monthly meetings and stand alone (e.g., “Night Before” event, etc.).
The Transition Committee assists our members who are in transition. Houston International HR Roundtable offers financial assistance in the form of reduced or waived memberships for our members in transition.
